This is a rain or shine event. There are both indoor (6x8 and 8x8) and outdoor (10x10) spaces available. It is not an exclusively handmade-only event, so retail, resale or direct sales vendors are welcome with no duplication. However, typically 80% or more of our vendors are usually handmade. Food, drink and baked goods vendors are warmly welcomed!
Payments will be accepted AFTER you received confirmation to participate by email.
Payments are due no later than March 1, 2026, or within 24 hours upon application confirmation up until March 7, 2025.
There will be no refunds after 3/1/2026. If you are unable to attend and communicate that up to 48 hours before the event, your fee may be applied to a future @CaliiforniaCraftShow event.

We have increased the number of indoor spaces, and will be adding additional lighting to the front lobby space to improve visibility.

The Templeton American Legion Hall will be undergoing renovations from mid-2025 to 2026, so for 2025 we will be holding the North County Craft Fair at the Atascadero Kiwanis Hall, located next to the Atascadero Zoo at the Atascadero Lake Park.

Application Requirements
CDTFA-410-D Form
ALL SELLERS must complete the CDTFA-410-D Form,
"SWAP MEETS, FLEA MARKETS, OR SPECIAL EVENTS CERTIFICATION TO OPERATOR,"*
Submit completed and signed form via email to: CentralCoastCraftFair@gmail.com
*NOTE: the CDTFA Form 410-D is NOT the Craft Fair application. Its submission will not be accepted without completing the corresponding Event Application.
California Retail Sales Permit
A current California Retail Sales Permit is required from the CA department of Tax and Fee Administration for sellers, unless exempt. Temporary permits valid for 90 days are also an option. There is no fee involved, but all non-exempt sellers must have registered sales permits.
Health Permits for Food Vendors
All vendors selling food must have a valid and current San Luis Obispo County Health Permit. A copy of your permit must be submitted upon application confirmation. This information will be provided to the County of San Luis.
